Brewer's Notes

1.7 kg of coopers light is original series coopers lager
1.5 kg of amber is morgans masterblend caramalt.
Just decided to make something cheap to fill up the stocks, turned out very nice!

Just a couple of questions...I am new to this and would just like to know 1) the hop quantities that you mention are for pallets? 2) the time limits that are given are time left through an hour boil? so when you say 20 mins does that mean after boiling 40 minutes (20 to go)? 3) how many litres are you boiling...is it the intire 23ltrs?
