CitrApollo Pale Ale

Brewer's Notes

Mash 6Lts @ 60C for 60mins
Raised to 68C for 15mins
Sparge/Rinse with 3Lts @ 72C
Boil 60 Mins
0min Hop additions where dry hopped 3 days in.

Unfortunately stuffed up the fermentation being a little too hot was planned to ferment with US05 at 18-20C but product is tasty even after 1 week its too nice too put down.

Aquila = Apollo
Crystal = Citra
