Brewer's Notes
SA Xmas case 2006 beer. Marked IPA on lids of Becks bottles.
Probably a bit overcarbonated. Pours light brown (a bit darker than shown, ~16EBC) with a bit of possibly chill haze. Malt background still comes through the big hop profile. Definitely my best beer to date, and I'm giving away a case!
OG:1.055, FG: 1.010, Alc: 5.9%. Brewed with US-56 dry yeast.
