This was a great beer, unfortunately it only lasted two weeks. Very easy to drink and great flavour.

30 min Step 2 Add 0.00 L of water at 63.0 C 63.0 C
30 min Step 3 Add 0.00 L of water at 72.0 C 72.0 C
10 min Mash out Heat to 78.0 C over 10 min 78.0 C
Crash chilled for 3 days. Bottle conditioned for three weeks and then two eeks crash chill again.
