Bulls tail Porter

Brewer's Notes

very good improvement on tooheys old.
No harsh roast..... just smooth malt with a hint of choc and some cryatal sweetness.

hops were obvious at first but after a week in the keg they have ballanced perfectly.

yeast worked a treat....... very smooth.

55 liters @ 1.052 @ 36IBU @ 42 EBC.


finnished at 1.012


Single infusion mash @ 66 deg for 90 min
see told you the %AA would be AFU'd
