Brown faced Hop plunderer

Brewer's Notes

Mash in 50C 30 min,
Mash 68C 90 min,Boiling 90 min, (15min Irish moss)
0 min Cascades are Dry hopping hops.
I make a waterthreatment to our soft water.
2 tsp Gypsum,
1 tsp Epsom salt and
0.25 tsp salt
