5% Caraaroma
0.4% Carafa II

OG 1.056 - FG 1.011
50 IBU

Mash at 67 with a decoction mash out to 78.

Yeast is 3864 Canadian/Belgian Ale

The 20 gram additions of centennial and columbus flowers are actually dry hop in secondary.

Love this beer and really want/need to brew this again. Quite similar in style and quality as the tall poppy IRA from 8 Wired (except this one has a belgian yeast strain). Got some good feedback from the first ABC beer presentation.

I must say the IRA mentioned above is an absolute cracker of a beer mate. I would be very happy to have a similar beer on tap at home for sure. So hoppy yet so balanced! (Slightly :icon_offtopic: thoughts on replicating it - move to just Pacman yeast or something similar?)
