Bock recipe but I used a German ale yeast, K97
The NZ hops are Hallertau Aroma.
Minimashed caramunich and dark munich for 1hr. 30g Hersbrucker@45. All ME @15 Remaining hops @15.
I'm assuming the Dark Munich was Joe White. My local store didn't specify.
