Brewer's Notes

I lagered this beer at 2c for about 90 days, and the results are worth it, very smooth malt profile with the hop flavour being very subdued and the bitterness blending in to the malt beautifully.
Double infusion mash, first rest for 30 minutes at 40c with a liquor to grist ratio of 1.5L/1K, second rest at 66c for 60 minutes with a ratio of 4L/1k. Batch sparge and boil for 90 minutes.
