Hi all,

I would really appreciate your views on this dark larger recipe I've developed:

Munton’s Medium Malt Extract
1.2kg Dry Malt Extract
250g of crushed Chocolate Grain (20 mins)
220g crushed Crystal Malt
50g crushed Roasted Barley (20 mins)
30g Hallertau (50 mins)
25g Hallertau (15 mins)
Half tsp Irish Moss (15 mins)
Saflager

Any suggestions / criticisms welcome!

Perhaps to avoid cross-posting? Seeing as how you have queries on what is basically this recipe in another active thread already....... :unsure:

Edit: and you may be better off posting in the extracts forum, instead of the partial/ag forum, as I bet theres probably a lot of experienced extract brewers that don't even check the partials threads. Given that this is an extract recipe...
