Hello Brewers,

I just picked up a Peroni font that appears to be in good condition but the beer line was cut off right at the base. Would anyone know how to take apart one of these font?

It's the single tap font, curved neck with light and European ball tap.

Any help will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Cheers

Attach a bit of thin wire to the end of the line, poke a hole in the line, and bend the wire over so it wont jam.
Undo the tap and adaptor from the top of the font.
Pull the line and the wire up through the body.
Connect a new piece of line to the wire and pull it back through, you should be able to go from either end - so which ever is easiest for you.
reconnect to the tap adaptor ....
should be pretty easy from there.

Make sure you have the same sized line as is there already, this isn't a good time to make other choices,
Mark

PS Love those Euro Ball Taps.

Hi Mark, thank you for the quick reply. That option won't work as the light wire and the glycol lines and beer line are all taped together. I took the light cover of to look inside and there's insulation and tap holding everything in one place.

My guess is the blue cover may pop out but I don't want try without knowing on the off chance I'll break it.

Cheers
