To rack what though? I wouldnt necessarily rack an ale, but would most definitely rack a lager.

Definitely a question that cannot be answered properly without being more specific.

Here is last year racking poll.

Maybe we should have another one to see if there has been and change in numbers?... or just for kicks :)

Edit - and no I dont rack, I probably wouldnt do it for a lager either.

All my ales I chill at 1 deg for 48 hrs then keg.

I mean yes to racking,to keep the yeast sludge in my kegs to a minimum
