Hi All

So i made an Ale inside the house as it is very cold in Melbourne at Present.

Used the heat pad to keep it at around 19C.

Now i'm racking it and i want some advice...

Should it remain inside at around 19C for a couple of weeks or would it be better to put it out into 5-10C ambient temp in the shed?

cheers

If the ferment has finished, I would place it in the shed for sure, cool it down to let some of the yeast drop out - leave for a couple of weeks (at those lower shed temps) then keg/bottle.
