ok is it better to cold condition a cider or leave it in a jerry can as i need to free up my frementor in the same spot it was fermented? im just asking cause ive got one that is almost up to this stage
 
At this time of year I'd be inclined to cold condition if you can. But of course, this depends on how far through the fermentation you are. If it's still a little sweet I'd leave it out, otherwise if it's dry, whack it in the fridge.
 
cool thanks mate i should be able to cc it as its been going about 3 weeks or so. but ill taste it then decide which way
