I honestly can say that this controller works really well. I have had no issues with the unit, or delivery when purchased of Ebay.



I currently use another fridge to crash in, would love to get my hands on the ITC- 310T.

..but on a more serious note, I have two ITC-308s on fermentation fridges and when mashing I appropriate one of them to monitor mash temp, the probes are good quality in comparison to the STC-1000s you find on eBay. Compressor delay is a nice touch. If I may make one itty bitty suggestion - when adjusting target temp - it takes forever to adjust a long way in either direction, ie from 18C to 66C. Having it ramp up the adjustment speed if the button is held down would assist with this.

My two Inkbirds. Love them, can adjust things without having to use two hands. They go great in the Jcar box with clipsal 413s. Would like to win some more!
