Hi There,
I was just reading something about spunding valve and understand it seems a lot of people pressure ferment?
(And it seems in 50 L kegs.) I have too many questions to ask for one post - is there a post about this somewhere or a link to a website with good info. Just wondering what the advantages are, I can see if you get the correct pressure control you beer will naturally carbonated, etc ... Just wondering how you extract the trub, unless you move under pressure another keg. etc etc
