How many pints does it take for pork brains in milk gravy to taste good? And would an IPA be the best beer to accompany it? :blink:

Nothing wrong with Tripe! Well....it's not so good for your cholesterol actually but cooked well it is bloody delicious!

Chinese slow braised chilli tripe with bok choy and lop chong with a bottle of Chimay White - beautiful!!!
