I have made up a polyclar solution ready to add to beer, then realised my fridge shit itself and beer has warmed to 3c..
I can put it in another fridge and add polyclar tomorrow...

Will the made up polyclar solution be ok to add tomorrow.... it will surely be rehydrated :)

Hey , If your brewing steps are good then you dont need polyclar or any thing else .
With good brewing practice you will be OK. Polycar will not make up for lack of pH and mineral salts and a understanding of brewing basic's.

Just put the polyclar in, the temperature will make basically no difference to its effectiveness, just the speed at which it works.

At zero - minutes, at 3 still minutes - at room temp, overnight at most.
