Brought a CPU game "Poker Masters" which is kind of ****, but I love the Texas Holdem Poker myself.

So much I am going to down to one of those free nights at the local!

Anyone else caught this craze and any tips?

Got knocked out last night after an hour, the one time I had a decent hand got out done by a full house!

Ah well was good fun, and meet some new people.

Hey BB, if you organise a game I will be in. At uni we have a semi regular poker night with a $10 buy in and winner takes all... I got screwed on the last one... who the FCK has 4 aces :angry:

poker is awesome. was at crown down in sunny melbourne on the weekend, $2/$3 NL Holdem table, second hand i sat down to, got a Q high straight, won $125. didn't win anything else at all, but still came out $80 ish ahead...

If anyone comes up to mackay we regulary have poker nights. Home brew on tap too.
