OK, a while ago I did a spice beer, which was a partial and was quite good. So I would like to make an AG equivalent, and also at a higher volume- 44L instead of 22L. I will cut out the nutmeg because there's some already in the allspice. The recipe is below.

1.5kg Amber liquid malt extract
1.7kg Dry light malt extract
1kg Pilsener malt
.22kg Carapils
.22 Munich malt
.22kg vienna malt

.75tsp cinnamon
.5tsp nutmeg
.5tsp allspice

30g Cluster 60 mins
30g Crystal 10 mins

I don't know what yeast I used, any suggestions? (wyeast range please)
