Hi all,

I bought a dodge Brewiser kit of Pilsner (are they dodge? I normally purchase the expensive stuff, but was lazy and in the IGA and saw it).

I pitched the yeast at 28 last night at about 7:30pm and now at nearly 12 lunch the next day there's still no bubbling. Temp has been a relatively constant 26 but well... nothing..

Should I drop another sachet of yeast into the mix?

Thanks a tonne...

Rob

take a gravity reading, compare it to your initial. If its dropping your in buisness! They may be a leak in your fermenter lid seal, so gas is escaping.

Off topic, but why did you pitch at 28C?? You're going to get one fruity pilsner!

Just because it's not bubbling doesn't mean it's not fermenting. You might have a leak. Are there any signs of fermentation like krausen formation? Take a gravity reading...
