I have an 8 litre keg and would like to make up a keg of scotch and coke. Could I just pour in a litre or more of scotch and then add around 6 to 7 litres of coke straight from the bottle then add co2 to keep carbed , and at what pressure would be suggested to keep carbed and what to pour at. Many thanks to responders.

I've had a go a few times at a 'dark & stormy' until the novelty wore off and I decided it was just easier to buy a nip pourer.
One takeaway was keep everything super chilled during the process. Keeping your 'mixer' on the cusp of freezing seems to limit C02 loss during transfer.

Also, hardened beer drinkers suddenly decide they wouldn't mind a scotch and coke.
Amazing..
