Pilsner

Hello all,
My girlfriend really likes Pilsner.
On a recent trip to Tassie she drank alot of "Moo Brew" Pilsner.
I want to help her do her own home brewed pilsner and enjoy her own beer.
Does anyone have any ideas of a recipe that would have similar taste to Moo Brew????
I know it wouldn't be exact but a close style might make her enjoy what she has made.
I am pretty sure she doesn't like the really strong Pilsners of the world!

Your local HBS should have a good selection of Pilsner kits available. The only suggestion I would make is you may want to add extra Saaz hops becuase I find that the hops in the kits don't really give enough flavour. You would probably want to use a good lager yeast too, to make it more authentic. Have a search on the boards here and you will pick up lots of tips. Good luck with it!
