Pilsner Smash northern brew Hop

The day went like this
Add 27Lt water
Add Pilsner 4.9kg
Mash in 10dg = 1001
15 @ 54 = 1020
30 @ 62 = 1030
10 @ 65 = 1040
30 @ 71 = 1050
5 @ 76 = 1050
Sparge with 5lt @78 = 1046
Start boil
Add Northern brew Hop 25gm AT boil 90min
Added a ½ a whirlfloc tablet for 23L and Whirlpool
Add chiller to kill nasty’s
97dg to 25dg in 39mins
To fermenter added 1 Nottingham Ale yeast
And a left over coopers silver pack i think from a lager?
Came out clear as i have never had it go so good
Brewed in a 20l Braumeister
I put it in Beer-smith and it came out spot on and 3% better
any thoughts of what i can hope for in 10 days
and again should i dry hop with something or not and when thanks
new 3 roller mill from keg-king and I set it to 0.063 and tryed this see photo
