Just spent an evening at the coolest brewery ever. Their blonde IPA is a MUST. I talked to the brewer and he told me this:
100% Pilsner
Chinook
Mosaic
Amarillo
3 BK additions
1 Whirlpool addition
2 dry hop additions
As soon as I return to OZ, I'm going to be trying to reproduce this amazing, amazing beer.
gawd I wish we had brewpubs like this in N. Sydney. This town smells like my home brewery when I'm brewing. everywhere I go all I can smell is boiling wort. ah, the memories I'm going to have of this town!
