Hey guys,

I've got about a kg of Maris Otter that I peat smoked a few months back and I'm keen to use it in something rich like a smoked brown ale or similar. had a bit of a search through the recipeDB and couldn't find anything.

anyone got any cracking recipes that they can recommend? and is 1kg going to be enough?.... i can smoke more....

cheers

Personally I haven't brewed any but keen to try soon.

Perhaps check out brewtoad - it has a few good ones there that might be of inspiration.

Also, where did you get the peat from?

just got a peat brick from bunnings, soaked a small amount of it in water and used it on a handful of coals in a weber.
