Do you loose alot of alchol by heating the cider up to 70C? Or do you do it in an enclosed vesal? (just realised I cant spell vessal vesall?)

Alcohol boil off point it 78.5 deg and if it is mixed with water (i.e. juice) it is even higher. So there should be very miniman to no loss of alcohol.
