Can anyone help me out with a recipe suggestion for a partial mash aiming to use up a Brewcraft Belgian Ale kit that my brother kindly gave me for Christmas?
I have available in stock:
Grain:
- Trad. ale malt;
- Carapils;
- Munich malt;
- Melanoidin;
- Roasted barley;
- Choc. malt;
- Rolled oats.
Hops:
- Kent Goldings;
- Hallertau;
- Amarillo;
- Cascade;
- Fuggles;
- POR.
Yeast:
- 1272;
- 1084;
- S-04;
- S-23;
- K-97;
- S-33;
- W34/70.
I was thinking of using the kit with around 2kg ale malt, 500g munich, 30-40g Hallertau & k-97 yeast.
Any wise counsel would be appreciated.
