Does this mean you are selling a new bottle filled with oxygen?

Yup, been covered before,

You will need inline filters as the bottles aren't meant for food grade application but that's no real issue.

Pity they don't do CO2 on the same basis.
Email campaign?

What quantity of oxygen is used in each brew would seem to be buying alot of oxygen and are there any other conditions on deposit.

How many batches do you think you get out of a bottle?

What's the difference in O2 volume between size C & D bottles?
(I can't see any data for C size)
The bottles seem to different depending on manufactuer the d could be nearly double the c.

Does anybody know what type of connection do these bottles have and what regulator would fit? Ideally a reg with a flow meter would be ideal.

As with CO2 bottles (and Argon, Nitrogen, LPG ...) there is an Australian Standard. All O2 bottles will be the same - so you would need an O2 regulator.
Plenty on eBay but if you want it to last buy a good one, most will take a raising ball flow meter, again plenty of options but a good one will last. Pay attention to the flow rate range, you probably want a 0-5 L/m low flow gauge, a high flow wont tell you jack.
