Hi eveyone.

I'm running low on alcohol again and need to put another brew down.

Ive been looking at a dark ale and have come up with a recepie.

Not too sure how well this will work, and I'm not too sure of the amount of cocoa to add to the recepie.

1 x 1.5kg tin of Pale Ale goo
700g DME
300g Dextrose

300g Carafa Steeped @ 70 Degrees, 30 Minutes
20g Cocoa?
Zest of Orange x 2

Fuggle 30g @ 60 Minutes
Fuggle 20g @ 30 Minutes
EKG 20g @ 5 Minutes

Re Cultured Pale Ale Yeast.
 
If you can get yourself some roasted Cacao beans, grind them up (like coffee) and throw them in as you would dry hops in the last few days of fermentation.

Mmmmmm, chocolate stout. almost as good as Jaffa Ale.

You realise you'll be turning your beer into a health food with the antioxidants? Hippy!
