Open Fires

My fire is cranking, good old proper open fire, and stout seems so much better standing in front of it B)

Sounds awesome; I was at my parents place the other night for tea and it started snowing outside - they have a combustion heater (not the same, I know), but me and my old man have very little in common so sharing an ESB next to the fire while gazing out the window was a little "moment" ...like when Peter Griffin tries to get the music to go "wah wah waaah" in a touching moment with his drunken old man haha.

Yeh, I think a good beer is always better around a fire.
In front of a fire now and wish I had one of them Stouts. Got a lager instead - not bad though.
