Hi
Planing on reusing some of the yeast cake from a brew currently in the fermenter.
Brew is an ale og 1045 yeast 1272 Wyeast. Brewed on 26/11 and has been under temp control at 16deg turned down to 1deg today.
My question is, have i left it to long?

Should be fine.

Use a yeast calculator to find out how much you will need for your next brew. Mr malty works great for slurry and yeast calc is nother good one for stepped up starters. Just to be safe you could rinse the yeast (various yeast rinsing threads) and make a starter to be sure however in this case I believe it will be fine.
