recipeDB works good, so does google

I dont mini mash but this one was good.

100% Vienna
Superpride to 28IBU
Saflager S189

Craftbrewer sells a good extract made by Weyermann, well I can only guess as I have not used it but Weyermann products are the goods so check them out. I think they do an Okky blend as well.

I have been eying off those extracts you speak off SB. This one in particular http://www.craftbrewer.com.au/shop/details.asp?PID=2764

Does anyone know how much you get for your $49? Unless I'm blind it doesn't say anywhere how much extract you get so I can calculate how many brews I can get out of it.

Because at that price you can just buy a pimp FWK already done for you.

Brewed one yesterday
5.7kg of bohpils
3.3kg of vienna
.7kg ok caramunich 2
.1kg carafa 2

OG 1.052 SRM11
46L
Hopped with sapphire to 27IBUS
and 70g at 10mins

Munich Lager 2308

you could sub out the pils malt with extract if you dare..

Here is a minimash I did for 'Oktoberfest' a couple years back. We got through that keg pretty quick on the night

1 can Homebrand Lager

For the minimash
2kg Vienna Malt
0.5kg Caramunich
Mash at 66-68C for 60 min

Hops (no bittering addition due to hopping in the can of goo)
Hersbrucker 30min
Hallertauer 10min
Hallertauer flameout

Ferment with W34/70 at 13

I'll be having a go at a Bohemian pils minimash this year. I've got the grain (vienna with some munich and carapils), just need to check the recipeDB to decide on the hop schedule. Will be using the yeast cake from a Czech Pils fresh wort kit I've got bubbling away on 34/70
