I'm from Ipatinga, Brazil, and I have just finished my first batch of home made beer.

I am seeking more knowledge everyere and this looks like a good source to search for and exchange ideas and experiences.

It was an all grain Pale Ale, which is considered a basic kit for beginners.

It was made by me and 2 more friends. A complete mess, I should say, but completely worth it...

My friend started making his own beer three years ago and always wanted us to help and make our own beer too.

Man, compared to the Brazilian market beers it was great! Even though we didn't care much about the sanitizing aspect of it (we just sink washed the equipment and bottles).
