I was going to knock out a Belgian wit this week. Never done one before. Was going to add coriander seeds and orange peel as late additions - 10 min according to the recipe. Do I need to make a time adjustment if no chilling in a cube?
 
good question. i have made a bunch of wits but all have been chilled.

It would all depend on the amount of each that you are adding at 10mins?
 
I've always just added the spice and peel additions at whirlpool. So, flameout, let sit for 10 mins, add spices and peel etc, whirlpool, wait 10 minutes, cube.

Always had great flavour and aroma using this method.
