Hi Everyone - I'm glad to have found this group, and hope to pick your brains. My last experience of home brewing was making beer in England 30 years ago. It was fine then, but I'm guessing that products are even better now. Anyway, have now retired to New Zealand where you can make what you like, including spirits. So I'll be asking for help on the basics of making bourbon, please, as a beer with a bourbon is my thing. Cheers!
