New Season Hops

I'm in NZ at the moment.
Went to the NZ Hop board yesterday to pick up some fresh hops.

Here you can see them getting my delivery of hop flowers ready to ship.
Just a couple of bails to get me through the winters brewing
The smell of the hops was awesome.

NZ is great.
Been to my fair share of breweries.
Done a good bunch of tasting. P)icked up another 12 different beers for tasting last night.

All those bails are Pacific Sunrise.

Sizes are 100gr, 1kg, 10kg and 25kg from memory.
I got some 100gr packets that I should be able to fit into my carry on luggage. You are able to bring in pellets to Australia, but not flowers without going through all the AQIS stuff.

The current season hops have not been pelleted yet. That will happen next month so the ones I bought are 2003 season. Still I know they are well packaged and kept.
