In my googling around to find info on Palisades I came across this article.and thought it may be of interest.
 
He wants a glacier ale! I'd better get cracking.
 
Okay. So, Palisades... Apricot and pine. I could live with that. Maybe just back off a little from the 70IBU if it's going in the swap case, OG pending, of course. :D
 
Yeah , a Palisade pale is the go methinks.
As you suggested voosher, MO base/US 56 yeast For neutrality.

30 IBU total.

20 IBU @ 60 min (FWH)
10 IBU @ 30 min
1 gr/L @ 15 min flava
1 gr/L @ 5 min zing
1 gr/L @ 0 min Aroma

Similar thing to what I do to trial the new hop varieties I sell.
I do a single hopped summer ale all pale malt with 400gms wheat, + bitter/flavour/aroma with 90gms of the selected hop. slowly working my way through them - Newport might be my next one, after reading that article...
