Hi guys
Thanks for the welcomes. I just do kit brews and tweak the hops, malts and yeast. Don't really know if I am doing things correctly or not. I have produced some very nice batches, however, also some average ones as well.
Early on I brewed to save money, now days it is more of a small hobby.
I have heaps of questions. Once I work out how the forum works a bit better and look a bit more at previous post I will start asking dumb questions, don't want to be a pain in the 1st few posts or ask about stuff that has been covered comprehensively before.
There seems to be a lot of knowledgeable members on the forum and I look forward to learning from them and contributing when I can, cheers, John.
