Hey guys got my first wash going , everything seems Alright so far.. Lot of fun and a bit if worry to..just wondering though after 3 days is 10%alcohol normal ???

This is a forum about beer brewing predominantly. It covers other types of home fermentation such as cider, sake or ginger beer but discussion of home spirit making/home distillation is avoided as unlicensed distillation in Australia is illegal and discussion of illegal activity is against forum guidelines.
I've locked the thread for now - PM me if you are not talking about home distillation and would like it re-opened.
