Why bother filtering hoppy beers?
Learn to love your hop haze and all it stands for
Not filtering, just getting stuff out of suspension. Why? For the challenge.

I had the same issue and just recently entered a comp where you had to brew onsite with your own gear and I decided to "cube" my brew to make it faster BUT didnt cube it till it was below 65degc and did all my sub 20mins additions as per normal......I came second so was a great brew.

In short you really need to look at chilling in the BK to "lock" in the hop profiles even its to 65degc I dont add my whirlpool hops now till its below 70deg also

Good luck
