I'm about to do my third brew and will be doing a Morgans Iron Bark Dark Ale using a Master Blend Caramalt mixed in. Has anyone done one of these and can they recommended any variations to the directions that give a certain something else. Would it also be good to rehydrate the yeast or will it be fine just sprinkled over the wort?
