i picked up a kit of morgan stockman draught for 5 bucks ! out of date . i was going to buy a new yeast and put it down , ( another nice cheapie )

question , what yeast to buy ?
and what els can i put with it do you think ? just a BE2 ?

yea i have an old fridge with temp control . what is 15g of POR ?

i dont realy want to ferment that cold because i dont want to realy chuck it in the fridge can i just use a normal yeast ?
