Saw this beer launched the other day.

Grist sounds interesting for a low ABV beer. Should have a decent mouth feel. Might give it a crack. What do you think on %s and substitutions?

2 row pale - 70%
Victory (I'll sub Dingemans Biscuit) - 15%
Aromatic Wheat (whatever that is - assume just wheat malt) - 5%
Caramel 60 (I'll sub caramunich III) - 5%
Flaked Oats - 5%

I think I'll back off the IBU as well. 30IBU seems pretty heavy for 3.7ABV.

Sounds nice for a mid strength. I think your hop bill is going to be harder than the grain if you're looking to clone it.

I'll sub Caramunich II for your Cara III.
I'd drop biscuit/victory to 5-7% as well. 15% is a lot.
Make the % difference in the oats for a bigger mouthfeel.

Looks like a good recipe over all!

Cheers for that. Never used oats before so had no idea.

On the hops, I've never used sterling or summit, but will probably bitterm with a mix of mt hood and chinook to say 5ibu as a fwh and build a mix of cascade, chinook, simcoe and mt hood to say 20ibu as additions each 5mins from 15mins to flameout.
