Hey fellas.
Can someone post a bloody great mocha stout extract recipe please. I had one from Bacchus Brewing last night and my God, I fell in love. I haven't brewed a dark beer before but I guess it'll take a good while before she is ready to drink??

Has anyone made and tasted the coopers macho macchiato yet?

If someone is going to try it, I would expect that that beer will be much more 'macchiato' than 'mocha' - choc malt adds mostly coffee and roast flavours, with a hint of very dark chocolate. A more 'mocha' type could just replace the choc malt with pale choc malt

After 2 weeks in the fermenter the FG is at 1016, the coopers recipe states "The brew is ready once the SG has stabilised over a couple of days, expect about 1008 to 1012"
Should I be concerned about bottling?
