Hey there,
Got back into my brewing. I had a bit of a layoff after I moved house and have just been able to setup in the new place.
I have had some great success with extract kits and made well over a dozen good beers.
I had some extracts left over and got a safale S-04 yeast from the brew shop and whipped up a brew.
I decided to rehydrate and start my yeast, after reading a topic here, but it didnt seem to bubble much after 45min or so? So when I pitched and threw in a coopers pale ale yeast as well. Have I done the wrong thing? Will I get wierd flavours?
Thanks....
