Ingredients;
Extract of Malted Barley(16%)
Rice and/or Barley(total extract 35%)
Milk Solids
Sugar
Cocoa
Minerals (Calcium, Magnesium, Iron)
Maltodextrin
Soy Lecithin
Vitamins (C, A, B1, B2, D)

Sounds fermentable and it smells OK

Funny, I was just saying to SWMBO that I wanted to make a milo stout or porter for next winter. I'm pretty sure I've read of a few people that have used it.

I love how that Milo add says Milo is full of nutritious ingredients like malted barley.

Beer does too!

Ha, that's what got me talking about it with SWMBO. Typical brewer hey, hear the words malted and barley in the same sentance and it sends me into brew mode B)

given that there's 2 pages of results for 'milo', i'd say that theres a good chance...

edit: search link for you

Oh I get it, I did a search for title listings only, bit pushed for time to filter through hundreds of posts to find out, or just lazy.

Sounding nice, could be a big seller, Milo Dark Ale
Maybe ferment it with a recultured Coopers Dark Ale yeast.

Without wanting to appear to be stifling innovation or creativity in brewing, why wouldn't something like JW Choc Chit spec grain perform better than Milo?

100g Choc Chit
1 X 1kg Milo
1 X Coopers Stout tin

a Pacific Gem hop schedule?

fermented with recultured Coopers Dark Ale yeast

few extra spec grains maybe?

maybe a bit extra LDME or LME?
