Melbourne/vic Grain Bulk Buy - Late Nov/early Dec

I'm looking to start a grain bulk buy and to be all wrapped up before xmas. I have been given approval by Dane to start one and have spoken to John from Grain & Grape who are more than happy to host one.

As John is flat out this week with ANHC, we won't have a price list until sometime next week.

The pick up dates will be the 1st (1st) or 2nd (8th) week in December.

This being only the second grain bulk buy i've been involved in, i may need to ask for assistance if anyones willing. Preferrably, if someone out there is keen to run this i'm more than happy to let them as i don't have internet access 24/7 (only during work). I don't expect anyone to put their hand up but if maybe someone could help out with the spreadsheet side of things, as in creating one, uplaoding it and updating it, that would be a great help.

Until i can get hold of a price list, i suggest we start a list simular to the bulk buy this time last year of people interested in participating.

Any splits as previous buys should be arranged by yourselves and paid for by one person.

Orders will close and payments due 10 days before pick up date - confirm once pick up date settled on.

Grain must be picked up on the pick up day and please communicate if someone else is picking up for you.

You could search for last years bulk buy at Grain & Grape for the grain list to get an idea of what you would like.
If theres anything i have missed or there are any issues, please let me know.

OK all...

I need to make up a system of knowing who has actually deposited money into my account. I don't mean who's transferred money from their end. I mean who's money has actually shown up in my bank account.

So...the "Paid" row in the spreadsheet has NO currently...please don't change this when you have paid. I will be changing this to a "Yes" with a green background so as to make it clear who has paid. I have already updated the row with who's paid. And reverted back those who changed theirs already. You know who you are you scamps

If you have sent through a payment and it doesn't show up on the spreadsheet after a couple of days, please let me know. Those who are paid up only took one day to process but i have known funds to take longer than this so be patient. Also the spreadsheet will only be updated on weekdays so if your money goes in on Friday, i won't be updating till Monday as i'm a poor smelly hippy who has no phone line at home. I can hook up SWMBO's iphone to the computer which tells me who's paid up which is handy. (anyone know how to hook up a Sony Errickson the same way???)
