I still haven't really touched the 75kg MO and Ale malts from the last KegKing buy...only one double brew day in the last 6 months!

To blame is a new baby and me faffing around building my new gas powered 98l biab rig.

I do need some wheat though....and I'd love a bit of Rye...

Any idea how long this is going to take to get the order in?
With the fathers day special on atm you can get a pretty sweet deal on bulk grains (might be a similar price), I am thinking about just getting my grain now.

It will be cheaper in the BB. But if you need grains you need grains!

The buy date will be about 3 weeks/1 month from now.

Hi Mudd, I use these bins for storing museli etc They stack on top of each other and have the hinged lid, I just have scoops in them and scoop them out.
Not particularly air tight if thats an issue.
I do remember seeing a similar thing at IKEA some time ago also.

Not sure pedleyr, my first grain buy also. They are not overly airtight, not sure if thats an issue.

They won't even go close, plus not being airtight = not being varmit proof.

I think you'll need at least 45 litres to hold 25 kg of grain.

The best imo are the 60 litre barrels with a screw on lid and rubber seal.

There is a thread on here, where a bloke sells second hand ones, out of Sydney. You might be able to find some closer to where you are.
