Well being only just over a week away, lets start to sort out the logistics for the day.

PICK UP will be between 9:15AM and 1PM Saturday 13th. (I say 9:15 allowing for the pallets to be moved out and organised), The Shop does not open until 9am, pleae plan accordingly.

With 50 odd BB'ers, could be a bit busy at times so if we could perhaps spread ourselves over the morning for arrival, that would make it slightly easier.

If anyone is having another BB'er pick their grain up for them, can you please let me know (Rich, got your PM, cheers)

Regarding splits, I don't really want to know, I'll leave it to the purchaser of the bag and for all the splitsters to organise amoungst themselves(remember to bring bags/containers/scales though)

Remember on the day, we are guests of G&G who have offered this service and their premise for our benefit. They are a business, and there are several other businesses operating in the complex. I'm sure this goes without saying, but let's show the respect deserved. (sorry to preach to the choir, but had to be said)

Righto BBers you've been given the logistic outlines for the day. I'll be helping Maple out on the day so you'll see the Army man come out in me if things start to go to sh*t.

If theres a lot of people trying to get their grain sorted when you arrive, why not wander inside G&G and have a browse or buy any other supplies you need. Remember that G&G will have a AG brewing demo going during the day. always a good way to kill some time. They also sell nice cold bottled craft beer.

Re split bags. As Maple said, To make life easy, it would be preferable to give the bags to the people who ordered them and then for that person to take the bag and organise with their splitees. We dont want to be mucking around with the logistics of bag splits. I think thats fair enough.

Make sure you've paid way before Saturday as Maple has to pay up front and he shouldnt be out of cash. no payment = no grain
